The Best of Hartford award is a Reader's Poll and features all Connecticut businesses, with a separate
category for wedding professionals and services. We won first runner up for wedding musician/band!
You'll never believe this...
I was scrolling down Facebook when I saw that one of our favorite wedding planners (Brehant Creations) was nominated for Best of Hartford, so I clicked her link to go vote and support my friendors (yes, that's friend-vendor 😉) and I couldn't believe it when I saw that we had been nominated too!
I went to share the news with my friends and lost the link, so I googled it. That's when I found out that we'd actually won Best of Hartford 2020 as well (second runner up)!
That's when I fell right out of my chair!
When I was planning my wedding, I remember seeing all these vendors with awards and badges to celebrate their achievements. At the time, my company was my little side hustle and I couldn't imagine ever winning anything, never mind winning more than once.
This year, we performed for 97 weddings and events and it was nothing short of wild. To receive this recognition after working so hard really means the world to me. Thank you to all my friends, family, colleagues, and friendors who voted to support us!
