All ceremony packages include:
Leading up to the big day, I will break down the planning process into easy steps and help organize all the ceremony details - all via email and Zoom for your convenience. I've performed for over 500 weddings and have a whole system in place to simplify the process. My goal is to make this the easiest part of your whole wedding!
You'll select your music for your prelude and ceremony . With our variety of music, your music planning will be quick, easy, and fun!
We strive to bring the highest level of professionalism to your special day. That is why we go above and beyond to collaborate with all of your ceremony vendors including your officiant, venue coordinators, photographer, videographer, and wedding planner to make sure every detail is perfectly in place
Wedding day performance
-Prelude music to welcome your guests (What's prelude music?)

Depending on your venue and timeline, you may need a 1-hour or 2-hour booking for your ceremony. Some couples need only 15 minutes of prelude music, while others need 30 minutes. Some wedding ceremonies are short (10-20 minutes) while others (like a full mass) would be 45-60 minutes. We've performed at hundreds of venues and know our options very well, so contact Ariana for more details and recommendations for your event.
Cocktail Hour Music
Add on a cocktail hour to your ceremony booking or book an Ariana Strings ensemble for your cocktail hour only. We delight your guests with all the hits from 1685 to today. Each ensemble has its own distinct song offerings and set lists that you can choose to create your own unique atmosphere.

Custom Songs & Music Requests
We have a huge song library, but new music is being added every single day. Looking for a special song for us to perform? We can have our in-house arranger compose especially for your chosen ensemble. Past requests include The Office Theme, Tupelo Honey by Van Morisson, Kissing You by Desree, and many more.
Microphones for your ceremony
You've planned your wedding ceremony to include such special moments, with personal stories and vows, and unique touches. Your friends and family want to hear your love story and the best way to do so is to have a great ceremony sound system. Learn more here.

Please note: We have 2 ceremony sound systems (1 is battery-powered, 1 needs to be plugged in.)
Amplify Your Ensemble
Make sure your professional wedding musicians are heard by all your guests. Are you having a large event in a big space? Alternatively, many guests in a small space? Then, amplification is the way to go! That way, your guests will hear our music beautifully. Please note: The violin & guitar duet includes amplification, it is not an add-on. This is specifically for the string quartet and string trio.
